OUTDOOR EVENTS AT THE INN

All clients who wish to have an outdoor event at the PAI for more than 100 guests require the use of the large reception tents on the east side of the property. Here clients will realize the wedding of their dreams in one of Northeast Ohio’s most beautiful and exclusive venues.

 


 

A GRAND ENTRANCE

Guests will enter through the Bar Tent where a show-stopping, custom-designed circular bar under an elegant chandelier anchors the center of the space. This space can accommodate up to 10 high-top tables as well as tables for card box and gifts, a guest register and escort cards. The Lounges are brick patios complete with stylish, soft seating and space for even more high-top tables that bookend the Bar Tent.

 


 

THE MAIN EVENT

In the attached Ballroom Tent, guests will dine and dance under the spacious 40’ x 100’ canopy bathed in the brilliant glow of elegant chandeliers. The Main Tent can accommodate up to 300 guests at 60 inch round tables and still allow ample room for the platform stage for the musicians or DJ, a spacious dance floor, buffet tables, and a king’s table for the wedding party of as many as 18 friends. As part of the rental package, an executive washroom and a spacious tent for the caterer are provided.

 


 

RAIN OR SHINE

Regardless of the weather, once under the expanse of the soaring white canopy PAI guests will never be walking through the wet grass because the entire floor is paved with interlocking brick. In the event that the weather is less than perfect on the day of the event, our tents come equipped with side curtains with unique picture windows that will allow party-goers to appreciate the lush Kinsman countryside just steps from their dinner tables.

 


 

DOWN TO THE LAST DETAIL

This venue includes the services of our on-site professional designer/coordinator because of the numerous vendors required. At the PAI, we want to ensure that all weddings meet the design aesthetic standards appropriate for a historic site such as this. We will work with each client to determine the parameters for a realistic budget, create a unique look and floor plan for the party and secure the vendors necessary from which all of the trimmings must be hired: including all tables, chairs, place settings, linens, décor, entertainment, additional lighting. All rentals are handled through PAI.

 


 

PRICING

The base rental for the reception tents is $5,000. From there, each event is customized based on the size of the guest list and the client’s vision.
